MUSTARD GREEN SOUP

 

1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
1 med onion (chopped)
   
Cook onion and sausage for about 5 minutes, then add the following

1 lb frozen chopped mustard greens
6 cups water
1 pkg dry vegetable mix (Knorr if available)
1 16 oz can navy beans

Salt to your taste
Cook for about 20 minutes or until greens are done
Serve with cornbread or crackers
